By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Razel Nikka M. Hao, Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Cluster D, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau (HPDPB), and Negros Island Region Center for Health Development; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers; includes as annex to the issuance a copy of the report in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned, and reference in individual and office-level performance monitoring and evaluation.
This issuance did not originate from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Performance Monitoring and Strategy Management Division under the HPDPB.
