By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, Cluster A; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals; includes a copy of the MOP as annex to the issuance, and a link to access the same, in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Health Promotion Bureau. The HFDB supports healthy workers and workplaces in health facilities as part of the Patient Safety Program, among others.
