By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Razel Nikka M. Hao, Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Cluster D, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau (HPDPB) and Negros Island Region Center for Health Development; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, heads of attached agencies; includes as annex to the issuance, a copy of the MDSPRI, First Edition, and a link to download an electronic copy of the same in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Pharmaceutical Division under the HPDPB.
