By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Razel Nikka M. Hao, Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Cluster D, and Concurrent Director IV of Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau (HPDPB), and Negros Island Region Center for Health Development; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers; includes as annex to the issuance a copy of the progress report in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned.
