Sena, Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Cluster B, and Concurrent Director IV, Health Facility Development Bureau; addressed to concerned DOH executives and regional directors, and chiefs of DOH hospitals; includes as annex to the issuance a copy of the report, and a link to download the same in aid of disseminating the information.
