By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Gloria J. Balboa, Undersecretary of Health; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers; refers to the set of related El Nino preparedness and response policies and issuances, and corresponding actions directed at the health facilities, including submission of the accomplished tools and reports to their respective CHDs and MOH-BARMM.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the DOH's Health and Climate Change Office.
