Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of DOH hospitals and other health facilities, includes initial list of 15 pilot implementation sites; HFDB charged with the responsibility to identify partner hospitals and other health facilities to serve as market for GAP- and organic-certified high-value crops
