By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Atty. Christian Lel M. Saquilabon, OIC Undersecretary of Health, addressed to all DOH executives and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, to the attention of Health Facility Development Units in the CHDs; in aid to the call for nominations, includes link for the submission of nominees to participate in the 5th Patient Safety Congress, on Official Business, with registration fees charged against HFDB funds, on or before August 9, 2026 (Sunday).
This issuance originated from the DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about this issuance to the Bureau's Policy, Planning and Program Development Division (attention to the Patient Safety Program Manager).
