By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Razel Nikka M. Hao, Officer-in-Charge Assistant Secretary of Health, Cluster D; addressed to DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, chiefs of hospitals; includes a copy of the report as annex to the issuance, and a link to download the same, in aid of disseminating the information to all concerned.
This issuance did not originate from DOH HFDB: Address further inquiries about the issuance to the DOH's Bureau of Local Health Systems Development. DOH HFDB provides technical assistance necessary to achieve KRAs of SD1, the referral system characteristic of the service delivery block of the LHS-ML.
