By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Palermo-Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, Cluster A; addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, heads of attached agencies, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers; includes a summary of campaign messages for Healthy Handaan, BiyaHealthy Ngayong Pasko, Iwas Paputok, and other holiday season priority areas and diseases, and roles and responsibilities for the guidance of the DOH CHDs and MOH-BARMM, health facilities, and local governments.
