By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed and issued by Dr. Mary Ann Maestral, Undersecretary of Health, addressed to DOH regional directors, directors of specialty hospitals, and chiefs of DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, includes a link for submission of HFEP budget proposals, with deadline of January 15, 2026, and as annex a summary of A.O. No. 2025-0018 that reiterates scope, documentary requirements, and procedures in the preparation of HFEP budget proposals.
