By authority of the Secretary of Health, signed by Atty. Christian Lel Saquilabon, Assistant Secretary of Health, addressed to concerned DOH executives, central and regional directors, BARMM Ministry of Health, directors of specialty hospitals, chiefs of hospitals, includes a link to the HCES for hospitals and infirmaries through the HFPS, and contact info of HFDUs in the CHDs for the PCF-CES for primary care facilities, in aid of compliance to deadlines in this issuance.
