Applies to the whole-of-DOH, other stakeholders of the 8-Point Action Agenda, BARMM in accordance with R.A. No. 11054 (Organic Law), prescribes guidelines for the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning system intended to align policies, strategies, medium-term and annual plans, resources, and decisions. Includes as annexes, the 8PAA MEAL and Accountability Frameworks, and link to the indicators' metadata document.
