This Order sets the overall policy direction for the health sector to guide planning and prioritization for the period of 2023-2028; applies to all of the DOH; all public and private health care providers and facilities, local government and other national agencies, development partners and civil society, academic and professional institutions. Repeals A.O. No. 2022-0038.
All offices under the DOH shall be able to address further inquiries about this policy issuance.
