Provides guidelines for all HFEP-funded projects as prescribed under Republic Act No. 11975, the General Appropriations Act, FY 2024, for the implementation by the DOH Central Office, Centers for Health Development, DOH hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, Bureau of Quarantine, local and other government health facilities (except those delegated to the Department of Public Works and Highways). Includes sample documents and templates as annexes in aid of implementation and monitoring of the projects.
