Addressed to all DOH executives, central and regional directors, chiefs of hospitals, treatment and rehabilitation centers, and heads of attached agencies, issued by Dr. Emmie Liza Perez-Chong, Undersecretary of Health, Health Regulation and Facility Development Cluster in aid of dissemination to all concerned DOH operating units. Includes copy of DPWH-DOH JMC No. 1, s. 2024 and four main annexes.
