Guidelines on the Department of Health (DOH) Strategy Map and Scorecard

Applies to all DOH Central Office bureaus, offices, divisions, sections, and units, and the Centers for Health Development, the Order aims to affirm the use of the Strategy Map as the primary framework for organizational strategy and commitments; to revise guidelines for the annual review of the Map, and revision of the DOH Scorecard; to ensure alignment of plans of DOH units; and to serve as reference to D.O. No. 2020-0406, or the implementing guidelines of the PGS and OPCR.
