Guidelines that apply to all lot proposals without Deeds of Donation or Transfer Certificates of Title endorsed by the Centers for Health Development and the Ministry of Health, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao for the establishment of sub-national reference laboratories and/or regional public health laboratories, subject to evaluation by the Office for Health Laboratories.
