Addressed to DOH UHC-HSC executives, regional directors, chiefs of DOH hospitals, includes as annexes re-alignment of the Hospital Scorecard indicators from the Health Sector Strategy to the 8-Point Action Agenda, and 2024 Hospital Scorecard Rating Scale duly concurred and approved.
