Applies to the entire health sector - all of the DOH, public and private health care facilities and other health care providers, national and local government, development partners, civil society, and other stakeholders for the financing of the UHC; includes the 8PAA Strategy Map and the PRETLE Agenda as annexes.
Address further concerns about this issuance to the DOH's Health Policy Development and Planning Bureau.
