Defines the functional organization of the Department into seven management clusters for the implementation of the 8-Point Action Agenda; HFDB moved to Health Regulations and Facility Development Cluster (HRFDC), and took in two additional units, HFEP and OHL.
Accompanying personnel order assigns HFRDC to Atty. Charade Mercado-Grande, Assistant Secretary, and supported by Dr. Ariel Valencia, OIC-Assistant Secretary.
Address further inquiries about these issuances to the Secretariat of the DOH Executive Committee.
