Addressed to FICT executives and regional directors, and BARMM Ministry of Health, to the attention of HFDUs, includes link to copies of the self-assessment tool, and HFDU validator's guide and IHOMP annual report template. IHOMP SAT required to be accomplished annually, and submitted for HFDU validation every third quarter of the year.
