Numans

[Original Numan race from Phantasy Star 2]

Description

Supposedly created prior to the successful creation of the Perfect numan or Post-fall numans as they are refered to occasionally.

The Pre-Fall Numans are obviously built for war, constantly dealing with evil incursions from a pocket dimension causes those to fall on desperate measures, eventually the palmans turned to genetic engineering to solve their problems, by grafting monster genes onto their own gene pool they created a sub-race which could easily be created, deployed and replaced with ease.

The Pre-Fall Numans are towering, powerful fighters with very little skill in Technique Magics, those that do focus on offense techniques.

Appearance

Standing anywhere to 6'0" to 7'2" in height, a Pre-fall Numan is always quite imposing. Both males and females are exceedingly fit and muscular, and both sexes have more feral features then the Post-Fall Variant. Exaggerated ears without black tips, a tail and/or tufts of fur along the arms, lower legs, and upper chest is considered rare but known to occur,
