The story of the timelords begins with the Palman Colony Ship Gallifrey, one of the first palman colony ships to leave the homeworld.
The vessel was thrown backwards in time, apparently all the way to the beginning, when the mycelial network first began to branch out from the 'seed'.
The Dominant race of the planet Gallifrey in the galaxy Kasterberous, Gallifreyans were one of the first sentient humanoid races in the universe and have created one of the most powerful civilizations that ever existed, The Gallifreyan's 'became what they did" through prolonged exposure to the time vortex.
According to the Eleventh Doctor, this took billions of years for the people of Gallifrey and that "[it] didn't just happen." and while humans, palmans and others of their Zorski group can pick up some abilities it is either temporary or needs immediate treatment or it will kill the less evolved lifeforms.
The people of Gallifrey had mastered the most complex of sciences while many races still sheltered from predators in caves, they are renowned across the universe as scientists and intellectuals. During a darker, more barbarous time in the planet's past, Time Lords enjoyed watching time-displaced individuals from different worlds across the universe fight to the death in a dedicated area called the Death Zone, but that practice had been entirely abandoned by the modern day.

The society of Gallifrey is Hierarchical and is ruled by the lord President and a high counsel of the Time-lords, beneath this counsel is the Cardinals of the various orders of Time-lords (such as the Prydonian order).

SkillsGallifreyans gain a +1 Instruction party ability point and +1 Party ability slot for Instruction.Gallifreyans are natural educators due to their multiple lifespans.
Dual Circulatory system:Gallifreyans have 2 hearts which allows them a second roll to stabilize, in addition to this their highly efficient circulatory system distributes oxygen and adrenaline faster giving them a +4 bonus to initiative rolls and +2 to Fortitude saves against fatigue and exhaustion.
Respiratory bypass system:The respiratory system of Gallifreyans is highly advanced, Gallifreyans can effectively close off their respiratory system preventing gas based toxins from affecting them, they also require a third of the oxygen a Human does and can hold their breath for their Constitution x 2 Minutes
Eidetic Memory:You have perfect recall of everything you've experienced. You have 2 bonuses on checks to remember things, including resistances against effects that alter or erase memories. You can make any Knowledge skill check untrained, meaning you can answer questions involving difficult or obscure knowledge without ranks in the skill.
Regeneration:Gallifreyans can regenerate their body within 10d6 rounds upon death, this leads to an instantaneous DM rearrangement of all stats, save for Intelligence and Constitution. Upon regeneration, a Gallifreyan must make a Constitution Check of DC 15 (+1 for every time previously regenerated) or be subject to 3d10 hours of constant fatigue, and the gaining of a negative level which both can be fixed through 1d10+4 hours of rest.
If the Gallifreyan is under the effects of anesthetic of any kind, then the Gallifreyan must make a fortitude save of DC 10 or die outright. Even if the fortitude save is made, the Gallifreyan suffers from a temporary bout of amnesia.
Gallifreyans have 12 regeneration Charges, after which they die normally. If the Time Lord council deems it prudent, they will occasionally allow a single Gallifreyan to receive a new set of regenerations.
Race Feats
Slightly Psychic Paper (Ps):6th level, Must be Psi-rating 3 or Higher.
The Gallifreyan has gained an astute wisdom for psychic impressions. By using an item of simple psychic creation, the Gallifreyan can show any person the identification which they want/need to see. To create the Slightly Psychic Paper, the Gallifreyan does not require any Item Creation Feat, but he does need at least 2 hours of psychic concentration upon the target piece of paper. Once created, he need merely show it to someone, and they will see either what they need to see or what the Gallifreyan wants them to see (such as identification or an admission ticket). This provides a +10 bonus to bluff checks when trying to show such identification.
Walk the Aeons (Su):Must possess a Time based class.
The Time Lord has seen many things, and comprehends the universe in ways which mortals cannot. The Time Lord can add his Wisdom or Intelligence modifier to his Defense, whichever is higher. Some Time Lords use their wisdom of the flow of time to help improve their reflexes, while others might use their intelligence (their knowledge of the future) to do so.
Attract Companion:Gallifreyan or loyal Gallifreyan Companion
The Gallifreyan can attract a person(s) to come and travel with him in his adventures. The companion is usually someone that is met during the Gallifreyan's adventures, and acts as a cohort. The effects of the companion's destiny being woven with the Gallifreyan's, however, grants the companion certain benefits. The companion receives a +2 bonus to Wisdom, a +2 to skill checks, and +1 Chakra per Character level, this bonus ends if they part company on hostile terms, Faithful companions can venture on on their own to have their own adventure's on the Gallifreyan's behalf, they can use a feat to take this ability but they can only have 1 companion at a time and receive the bonus for themselves, a gallifreyan on the other hand can have companions equal to 1 + charisma modifier.
