The Zą'ckor'al are a biolab species though unlike others which are from previous iterations of the Palman Imperium, the Zą'ckor'al have the privilege of being created in this era. An unidentified side project in the biolab from an old researcher that should have not been linked to devices that it had been though it isn't the first time a certain Terran engineer took shortcuts to try to push the Imperium's tech envelope by leaps and bounds.
In some ways they retain traces of a young race - viewing humans/palmans as their creators and revere them in a strange parent child relation - knowing full well that they are flawed and mortal though still strive to do their best. They also have a strange fascination with beadwork and fermented bread drinks that can't quite be explained other than stray data from the neural interface that imparted a strange genetic memory like echo within them from the terran who provided the genetic base for the species - if albiet by accident.
They have a spot and stripe pattern resembling a serval from Earth though other then the tail and ears they have a mostly human body anatomy and even scan as human under technological scrutiny - least when they aren't masking their presence with their advanced shapeshifting.

Taught to Show No Weakness
Zą'ckor'al gain +1 Attack and +1 damage for 1 round[s] after passing a will save. This bonus increases by +1/+1 & +1 round per 5 levels but is capped at their charisma modifier.
Trained from birth to never show even a hint of weakness, Zą'ckor'al carry this philosophy through life and into the battlefield. The drawbacks of this approach are rarely experienced by the survivors.
