One of the class sessions we had with the professor.
The computational thinking sessions we attended were not only educational, but also very enjoyable. Our professor was very passionate about what he taught, making each class very exciting. The main concepts we went over was basic logic, working with code blocks and algorithms, looking at different kinds of sensors, etc.Â
We were actually able to apply these concepts in real time during the class through the many hands-on experiences he offered. We created different codes to move around robots, used a wire board to help understand how computers work and think through simple lights, and even launched a rocket that we created ourselves through a step-by-step process. I was able to learn a lot more in the computational field, and I was able to gain some insight on how intricate the technology we use daily really is.
