Candide Bamezon-Leguede

Candide Bamezon-Leguede is the president of the Federation of Business Women and Entrepreneurs of the Economic community of West African States (FEFA CEDEAO) and of FEFA Togo. She has founded several such organisations in other West Africa countries. In 2015 she founded the first ever business incubator for women in Togo: INNOV’UP. In 1999, she founded ARCANDIA SARL, which she has led as general director since. As a member of the Administrative Council of Togolese Employers, she presides over the Technical Committee ‘Work and Education’ (2016-2021). In addition, she is administrator for West Africa for REFEF, the Francophone Network of Female Entrepreneurship for the International Organisation of La Francophone. She is vice-president of AFRICA TIPO, the Africa Trade and Investment Organisation. She has won numerous distinctions, most recently the MDG for Women’s Advancement Forum in Johannesburg prize (2014); the GREFC trophy (2019) and the Africa Women’s Awards (2019).
