Harvey works with leading impact investors and philanthropies to develop business models and build markets that benefit poor and marginalised populations, across diverse sectors including housing, water, healthcare, energy and agriculture. He also leads FSG’s work to build out and strengthen the impact investing market, with a recent focus on catalytic capital. He has authored a number of influential publications including From Blueprint to Scale (introducing the pioneer gap challenge), Beyond the Pioneer, and Shaping Inclusive Markets.
