Anton Koonstra is Industry Leader Public Sector Consulting at PwC in the Netherlands and in PwC Europe and leads the project & programme management group of PwC Advisory in the Netherlands (PPM) and in PwC Europe. He is responsible for all turn-key (grant) programme management assignments that PwC is implementing for its clients in the Public Sector. Anton is lead client service partner for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is responsible for the design, market introduction and implementation of several large-scale and multi annual incentive programmes at this ministry (international development, international capacity building, infrastructure, education, energy, water).
