She is a business owner in Jordan and one of the pioneers between industrial women , she graduated from Jordan university with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1999. After which she gained experience working in different companies in marketing and development until she had her own business, a small coffee grinding factory in 2010 after which she expanded her factory in 2014 to include hygienic tissue paper production lines and expanded her business locally and internationally

She started out with 4 employees and now she has over 55 employees from both genders and over 35 different products.

She is also the head of Jordan society for industrial women and an active member in the chamber of industry and commerce in Jordan.
