Isis Ra-El is the founder of GenIsis Holistic Life, a heart-centered wellness space devoted to nervous system restoration, self-connection, and embodied healing. As a holistic guide, vocal alchemist, and intuitive facilitator, she creates immersive experiences that support individuals in returning to their bodies, breath, and inner truth.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is not something to perform, but something to feel and allow. Through a blend of somatic practices, vocal activation, rhythmic sound, and intuitive movement, Isis gently guides participants into deeper awareness, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.
Known for her compassionate and nonjudgmental presence, she holds space for those navigating overwhelm, disconnection, and emotional heaviness. Her work resonates with empaths, healers, and individuals ready to move beyond coping into embodied presence and authentic self-connection.
Through her signature approach, Isis creates experiences that invite release, restore balance, and reconnect people to the wisdom within.

A soul-nourishing, trauma-informed retreat set in the rolling hills and natural beauty of Nashville, Tennessee. This immersive week invites you to move out of busy thinking and into embodied presence through gentle movement, nature-based experiences, ceremony, coaching, and small group circles designed to restore your capacity to lead, connect, and care for yourself and others.
This experience is guided by an exceptional facilitation team, including Indigenous elders Daniel Hull (“Strong Heart Bear”) and Christina Ulibarri (“She Stands Tall”), who offer teachings, storytelling, and ceremonial practices rooted in Anishinaabe and Ojibwe traditions. Together, they create opportunities to reconnect with the land, the elements, our ancestors, and our shared role within the human family.
Participants will be guided through sacred practices including Talking Circles, prayer tie creation, and fire ceremony, honoring the physical manifestation of prayer, the release of grief, and the setting of meaningful intention. These experiences are offered with deep respect for Indigenous traditions and invite reflection on how our choices today impact the next seven generations.
Co-facilitating the retreat is Isis Ra-El, founder of GenIsis Holistic Life, who brings her signature work in nervous system restoration, vocal activation, and somatic healing. Through breath, sound, rhythmic expression, and intuitive movement, Isis creates powerful spaces for release, regulation, and reconnection, supporting participants in returning to their bodies and inner rhythm.
