A seasoned holistic coach, educator, and social entrepreneur since 2005, Dez Stephens is the co-founder of Amarya and former owner and CEO of Radiant Coaches Academy, part of the former Radiant Health Institute. She has trained and certified over 1,300 coaches across more than 25 countries.
Dez currently serves as the Dean of TimeCoach Academy, an international coaching school based in Spain, where she supports the design, delivery, and global expansion of ICF-accredited coach training programs. Her work at TimeCoach Academy emphasizes coaching as both a professional discipline and a way of being, integrating evidence-based frameworks with deep personal transformation to develop highly skilled, globally minded coaches.
Rooted in early experiences of volunteerism and service, Dez integrates humanitarian leadership with professional coaching. Her work has spanned prisons, halfway houses, and international nonprofit initiatives, including co-founding efforts in Honduras such as the Melanie Gissell Foundation, where coaching is used as a tool for healing, resilience, and community restoration.
Beyond coaching, Dez is the author of The Qualitarian and a co-executive producer of the Emmy-nominated documentary End of the Line: The Women of Standing Rock. She is also an executive producer of the upcoming film Nine Little Indians, alongside Shannon Kring, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tony Robbins, exploring the legacy of Native American boarding schools.
Through innovative pricing models, pro bono initiatives, and international partnerships, Dez is committed to dismantling financial and systemic barriers to high-quality coach training and certification.
From Central America to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, she cultivates inclusive coaching ecosystems that empower individuals to elevate their lives and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
