Amarya Academy is a transformational learning space where coaching meets consciousness, purpose, and impact. We offer affordable + accessible professional coach training that blends proven coaching practices with the wisdom of metaphysics and quantum physics. Students can choose from various unique specialties like—Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, and Business Coaching—while cultivating humanitarian values that position them as social enterprisers and allies for global change. Here, coaching is not only a career path but also a calling: to empower individuals, uplift communities, and contribute to a more compassionate, equitable, and sustainable world. [Amarya means "immortal" in Sanskrit - and is pronounced "ah-MAR-ee-ah".]
Students begin their journey with a progressive and holistic introduction to the philosophy, ethics, and guiding principles of coaching—framed within an international context that honors diverse worldviews. This foundational section explores the ICF Code of Ethics and Core Values as the bedrock of a professional coaching practice. Learners are introduced to three specialty paths—Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, and Business Coaching—allowing them to experience aspects of each before selecting a focus area. Emphasizing coaching as both a personal practice and a humanitarian calling, the section integrates metaphysical awareness and quantum possibilities as part of the coaching process. Students explore various specialties before selecting a path, understand coaching as a vehicle for personal and social transformation, and apply ethical practices aligned with ICF Competency 1.
This section builds upon ethical integrity and accountability, positioning coaches as allies for social impact in a global society. Students learn to navigate responsibilities with transparency and courage while aligning with universal principles of justice and service. The ICF ethical standards—confidentiality, professional conduct, boundaries, and conflicts of interest—are studied and applied through case studies and practice. Learners build confidence in ethical reasoning, strengthen professional accountability, and align their conduct with the ICF Code of Ethics and PCC markers of professionalism.
Focusing on clarity and collaboration, this section teaches students how to build coaching agreements that honor human dignity and collective responsibility. Learners practice co-creating agreements that meet ICF standards for establishing and maintaining professional relationships. Through role-play and multicultural examples, students develop strong agreements across specialties, create clarity in roles and expectations, and demonstrate competency in establishing and maintaining agreements in alignment with ICF Competency 3.
Students learn to cultivate safe, compassionate, and inclusive coaching spaces that support both personal and collective healing. This section centers on the ICF core competency of cultivating trust and safety, with emphasis on confidentiality, mutual respect, and cross-cultural awareness. Integrating holistic and metaphysical teachings, learners explore how to hold energetic space for quantum-level transformation. Students practice holding sacred and confidential space, cultivate deep trust, and apply PCC markers for cultivating trust and safety.
This holistic section focuses on developing authentic presence and professional confidence. Students learn to remain grounded and responsive during sessions while embodying inclusion, equity, and ethical integrity. Through experiential learning, they explore the ICF competency of maintaining presence and understand how diversity and inclusion are integral to professional conduct in international coaching contexts. Learners strengthen their authentic presence, demonstrate openness and flexibility, and apply Competency 5 with professionalism and service.
Students practice hearing beyond words by engaging intuition, energy awareness, and deep listening techniques. They also develop sensitivity to cultural and systemic dynamics that influence communication across global settings. Using the ICF framework, learners refine their ability to communicate with awareness, respect, and active listening. By mastering the PCC markers of active listening (Competency 6), students enhance their intuitive and intercultural communication skills.
Learners explore transformative approaches to helping clients uncover insights and create breakthroughs. This includes the art of powerful questioning, silence, metaphor, and imagery—applied differently across coaching specialties. In life coaching, students uncover hidden patterns; in wellness coaching, they awaken holistic awareness; and in business coaching, they spark innovation and creativity. This section supports the development of self-awareness, quantum shifts in perspective, and mastery of ICF Competency 7 for evoking awareness.
This section emphasizes the transformation of insight into action. Students learn to empower client autonomy, encourage accountability, and measure growth through both tangible outcomes and subtle energetic shifts. Growth is framed as both personal development and humanitarian service, honoring diverse global perspectives on progress. Learners practice facilitating sustainable action plans, tracking measurable and quantum results, and demonstrating Competency 8 in facilitating client growth.
Students expand their understanding of coaching as a collaborative, international practice. This section emphasizes partnership as a sacred and humanitarian act, aligning with ICF’s core values of collaboration and equity. Learners build strong partnerships with clients, peers, and communities, and explore how collective efforts create social impact. Through global perspectives, students apply collaborative practices that honor diversity, shared leadership, and interconnection.
This section deepens awareness of equity, diversity, and belonging within the coaching relationship. Students explore how to recognize and address bias, inequality, and systemic oppression while creating inclusive coaching environments that foster belonging. Through reflection and dialogue, learners integrate DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging) principles into their practice, create empowering spaces for all identities, and demonstrate awareness of systemic dynamics as part of ethical, professional practice.
Students strengthen their commitment to truth, transparency, and responsibility, learning how ethical conduct extends to global representation and professional credibility. The curriculum reinforces honesty in communication, accuracy in credentialing, and alignment with ICF’s professional standards. Learners practice integrity in all interactions, align accountability with universal principles of service, and revisit Competency 1 with advanced application and embodiment.
The program culminates with a focus on coaching as both a career and a calling. Students are encouraged to view their work as a path of service, consciousness, and ongoing evolution. By graduation, they emerge not only as skilled coaches in their chosen specialty but also as globally minded, holistic practitioners dedicated to humanitarian impact.
