Battler
Location: Typhon's Reach
Types: 1H/2H
Objective: Pick up hammers until you receive credit
The Stronghold where it all takes place is on the zone border between Typhon's Reach and Ashen's Island.
First off, work your way to the area of the stronghold. To make sure of not getting latter aggro through the walls, pull the surrounding mobs and destroy them just incase. They con from orange to purp, no biggie.
Park outside the entrance gates buff up and whatnot. Then have someone go to the gates and aggro possible mobs close to it. Kill them and move on.
Here is where you need to careful not to rush stuff. So take it easy and clear aggro along as you move thru the gates. At this moment plenty of mobs will aggro, mostly purple Minotaurs.
From here its the same as before. Just move forward with controlled pulls and you'll be fine. Stay on first floor and move to the back side of the "forge" and you will come to some sort of construction area.... its a small place. On each side of the area there will hammers lying near forges. Med up, redo buffs before moving to next step.
When you are ready, one of your group members, preferably a tank, will pick ONE hammer up. You will get a message saying: "You pick the smith hammer up and put it in your inventory, will it be the legendary "Bruiser"?"
At this point a AE mezz will strike your group/groups. Dont panic, it lasts about 15 seconds which is what it takes the mobs to get to you... pretty pointless. (well, mythic isnt known for being logical)
Each hammer represent one pull of minotaurs. A pull is about 10-15 minotaurs, sometimes more, sometimes less, mostly conning red and purple. So its important that you pick ONE hammer up at the time or you'll most likely will be owned.
Each pull has a chance of dropping the artifact. So if it doesnt drop immediatly, dont give up. Just keep going because its just a matter of time.

Objective: Kill Malamis
There is a place in Typhon's Reach where you will find an area with tons of gold laying about, SW of this Taur Craftsman, along with two chests (chest of weakening and a chest of disciples) and an axe on a pedestal.
Approach the pedestal and right click on the axe to get a token and to spawn Malimus, along with a couple other mobs.
Have one person distract Malimus taking him close to the fenced in area. Once he is enraged, have the rest of your group take and place tokens in the chest, you will need to do this 100 times for each chest!
Once both chests are gone fighting Malimus will be like a normal fight. When he falls the Axe will drop
Location: Typhon's Reach
Types: Cloak
Objective: Kill the 3 Great Criosphinxes (Group Only)
The 3 Greater Criosphinxes which protect the aged statue in the middle of the arena can be pulled. but they cannot be harmed until the statue in the middle is right-clicked. Once right-clicked, 'A Long Black Cloak' will go into the inventory of whomever right clicks the statue, and starts the encounter. The cloak can now be stolen by any Greater Criosphinx.
Once someone has the cloak, the Greater Criosphinxes will charge and try to grab the cloak. If taken, you must kill the Greater Criosphinx to get it back.
Once all 3 Greater Criosphinxes are beaten, the cloak will be returned to your inventory, when you leave the arena, the Long Black Cloak will transform to the Shades of Mist. You must kill ALL 3 Greater Criosphinxes, if you try to leave the Criosphinx arena with the cloak with out killing them the item will disappear.
Location: Typhon's Reach
Types: Staff
Objective: Kill High Priest Akil
If you have 2 or more full groups then you can just kill the main boss, High Priest Akil, and control the adds with mez or pbaoe.
If you have less than two full groups then it will be easier to kill the priests surrounding the boss one by one. As you get close to these priests, salamanders will start to spawn continuously. The less priests, the less salamanders will spawn.
Control and clear the salamanders as quickly as possible because they can overwhelm very quickly if not controlled.
The boss will not leave the center pad, and will rubber band back to center if he goes to far. Use this to your advantage and stay away from boss but close enough to kill surrounding priests.
Once you have cleared all the priests, then kill the boss.
