Bring these things to Dash Point Day Camp *every day!*
Packed Lunch and Snacks in a large gallon zip baggie
Camp T-Shirt
Camp Bandana
Name Badge Lanyard
Closed-toe and Closed-heel shoes
Water Bottle
Beach Day - Towel & shoes, beach shoes preferred (no sandals or flip flops, closed toe and closed heal only) tennis shoes are ok but keep in mind they will get wet and the camper will need a second dry pair to change into and dry socks. Crock's or crock style shoes will be allowed on the beach only as long as they have a strap to keep them from coming off.
**NOTE: campers will not be swimming at camp, however they will be exploring the beach and wading in the edge of the water. Our rule is we try to keep them no higher than ankles, but they will get dirty and their feet will get wet when their unit has "Beach Day"
If you need help procuring any of these items, please let us know!
Bring on Monday, dropped off and checked in with Camp Nurse:

Unit Packing List
A nut free, snack to share with your unit. Once we get closer to camp you will know exactly how many you will need. These are used when the PAL (unit Teenage leader) feels there unit might be a need to refuel.
Your unit may request more supplies. You will be notified by email on or before July 22, 2024.
T-Shirt & Bandanas
Our camp uses T-shirts and Bandana's as Unit Identifier, this shows the units by color, and at-a-glance what Unit your camper belongs to, and which adults are with each group.
At this point, we are happy to allow campers to wear their bandanas how they like - elbow or higher -- around their neck, bicep or in their hair. Girl Scout campers can be a bit wiggly, and it helps us with counting!
Your Campers Unit Leader may choose to keep them at camp overnight (if they are not gross!) to ensure that they come to camp each day.
Girl Scouts can be very creative, however we ask you do not cut or alter their camp shirt until after the week is over.
Please ask your Camper about this, and help them be successful in having their bandana and camp T-shirt on their body at all times.
Thank you so much!
