Monday

8:00am: Arrival and check-in begins in staggered groups:

Last names beginning in A-H - 8:10am Check In

8:00am: All staff adults and PAL's meet at the group camp site (PA's are welcome but not required)

8:15am: walk to picnic point

8:30-8:50am: Campers Arrival

9:00am: Flag Ceremony, Opening announcements, & lots of songs

3:15 pm: Campers brought back to Picnic Point for closing- more announcements, awards, & a lot more songs!

4:00pm: Parent Pickup

8:00am: All staff adults and PAL's meet at the group camp site (PA's are welcome but not required)

8:30-8:50am: Camper Arrival begins

9:00am: Flag Ceremony, Opening announcements & a lot of songs!

3:15 pm: Campers brought back to Picnic Point for closing - more announcements, awards, & a lot more songs!

4:00pm: Parent Pickup for anyone not overnighting

4:30pm: Check in for Overnight, Setting up the Tents, Free Time>

5:15pm: Dinner is served

6:00pm - 7:30pm: Talent Show Optional opportunity for families and Alum to join at Amphitheater for Talent Show

7:30pm: Camp Fire Program, S'mores and Additional Sing-A-Long

LIGHTS OUT 10:00pm

6:45am: Wake Up, Break Down Tents, Pack and Label all Gear (for 4th grade and + overnighters)

7:00am: Breakfast

7:30am: Clean up

8:00am: morning meeting for all Adults not helping with clean up

8:15am: Move to picnic point

8:50am: Normal Drop off time

9:15am: Ready for Morning Meeting

4:00pm: Check Out

4:30pm: All staff meeting wrap up. Adults, PAL's (PA's are welcome)
