Dash Point Day Camp is located at Dash Point State Park. 

We are a week long outdoor Girl Scout day camp.  

Our goal is to focus on youth leadership in a safe, positive and enjoyable environment.

As a Girl Scout camp, we strive to teach campers about nature, and give them the confidence to thrive in an outdoor and social settings. 

 All adults are registered Girl Scouts and have current background checks. 

Non Girl Scouts are welcome but will need to register at GSWW.

During camp last year, the campers were able to vote on the theme and patch design for this year's camp - "Under the Sea".  The leadership team, made up of our core staff and Program Aides, are hard at work planning a week of fun and adventure for all campers.  Surrounded by the beauty, that is Dash Point state park, campers will participate in activities that include Girl Scout skills such as Songs, Knots, Trail Signs, Beach exploration, STEM and crafts.  With our theme this year, additional activities will be sure to bring out the imagination in all of us!  Day Camp is a great way for campers to explore leadership, build new skills and and participate in, teach and learn Girl Scout traditions.  Dash Point Day Camp gives campers an opportunity to grow, explore, and discover the excitement of summer day camp! 

Camp begins with singing, a camp flag ceremony and announcements. After the morning ceremony campers begin their daily activities with their unit, with closing flag ceremony and announcements to end the day.  There is an overnight sleepover for campers in 4th grade and above on Thursday night. During the sleepover, they will participate in a talent show at the Amphitheater.  The talent show is not mandatory, being in the audience is equally as important, no camper will be required to do something they are not comfortable with.

  Camp Flag ceremony begins at 9 am and ends at 4 pm each day - a day filled with fun, friendships, skills and lifelong memories!  Dash Point Day Camp has been a volunteer day camp, since 2007 (minus 3 years for COVID).
