February 15th, 2026 -  Registration open for Adults and  7-12th graders (fall 2026)

March 1st, 2026 - All campers registration open

April 24th-25th, 2026 - PA/PAL overnight at 

June??  Adult & PA/PAL meeting  Date and Location TBD

July 25th, 2026 - Each unit PAL will send out an email on or before this date 

July 26th, 2026 - Volunteer's, PAL's and PA's mandatory meeting at group camp site time: TBD

July 27th, 2026 (Monday Only)- Early drop off 8:00am-9:00am in staggered groups.  We will be checking: paperwork, payment, medication drop off,  special allergens and lice checks.

July 28th-31st, 2026 (Tuesday-Friday) - Drop off 8:30am-8:50am  **Please do not drop off early, staff may not be there 

July 27th-31st, 2026 (Monday-Friday) - Pick up all week 4:00      **Thursday ... exception will be those 4th grade and older that will be overnighting
