COORDINATOR:  Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism of Bucharest (UAUIM)

Bucharest,  Ion Mincu University of Architecture and Urbanism of Bucharest (UAUIM) / 8-9, December 2022

The lead partner organized  between 8 and 9 December, the second multiplier event.

Opportunities and challenges related to organizational adoption of interactive teaching methods tools were extensively discussed in connection with this and the impact on blended activities on architecture and urban education.

The event was planned to be open access to a wider audience, thus, the second part of the second day was in synergy with Research Networking Day (RND) held for the first time in UAUIM where the posters project was exhibited.

The discussions underlined the knowledge about: (1) small and medium-sized cities as a specific case of urban development; (2) connections and interdependence between river (Danube) and urban life and riverfront development; and (3) urban shrinkage as a significant challenge for European cities. Indirectly, the participants were aware about the international and regional importance of the Danube as a major development corridor. They consider it important to improve their professional abilities to better adapt their future work in urban planning and design to the cities of different sizes and development prospects.

The ArcGis storymap was launched.
