Below are scrapbook images from the Clayton Creative Arts Festival. The festival, hosted by Clayton Junior College, started as an outreach program to local high school students. The program awarded students in creative areas including the fine arts, music, literature, and foreign language. The first festival, held in April of 1973, drew over 100 entries from local high school students.
