What I found: When I searched up my name it was hard to find information about me since I have so many anonymous programs and situations that would make it hard. But once I searched up my softball team and city it was easier to find me.
Social media: It was harder to find my socials since it isn't my full name and I haven't been tagged by very many people, in regard to my identity outside of the digital world.
The site that I would find with almost a disturbing amount of information about me seemed like it was a site that colleges use to recruit high school seniors.
Important takeaways: It is very important to keep in mind that while using the internet everything stays on it forever and your digital image is shaped by not only what you post but what others do as well. It could be something as simple as your mom posting about your birthday or your high school tagging you in the championship win.
This is personally my favorite part of my digital footprint. It shows that I've been smart and had a passion since a young age.
