Unable to make a Payment
To use your wallet balance, simply select Lazada Wallet as your Payment method upon checkout. If Lazada Wallet is not shown as the
recommendation payment method, click View more payment methods to see all payment options offered by Lazada.
Handling:
1. Check buyer account if Lazada wallet is active.
-Lazada wallet should be active to use Lazada wallet as a payment method.
2. Check customer Wallet Info if there is an available balance.
-If the customer does not have enough funds at the time of purchase, advise to cash in.
3. If no available balance, ask the buyer if he/she made a cash-in transaction.
a. Ask for proof.
b. Details of cash in.
c. Escalate to Alipay.
4. Ask the customer what item is he/she trying to purchase.
-Please note that Lazada Wallet Rebates can be used for any item except digital goods such as mobile load, e-vouchers, etc.
