Short term space rental available are auditorium, seminar/meeting rooms.
Event space at selected TNB premises: Menara TNB Melaka, Vibrant Cafe TNB HQ and Cahaya Resorts nationwide.
As an option, the event space rental also comes with various F&B packages to suit the event and the clients’ budget.
Manage rental, marketing, and operational compliance for food premises/space/booth at selected TNB premises on
Local authority compliance for Food Premises/Council Space/Booth at TNB HQ Building, Dua Sentral, UNITEN Student Centre, Menara TNB Melaka, and vending machine rental sites nationwide.
Market survey for rental premise office space
Conduct market survey for available office space /space required according to Client’s business and operational needs.
Negotiation service of rental rate
Offering negotiation service of rental rate (and other rental terms) with building/ premise owners.
Prepare and formalise rental documentations
Assist customer in preparing and formalise Letter of Acceptance (LOA), Letter of Offer (LO) and Tenancy Agreement (TA).
Collection of leased income & rental payment
Manage collection of leased income & rental payment including other related financial management processes for real estate assets.
Tracking budget allocation for land and office space OPEX
Maintain a record of the customer’s budget allocation for land and office space operational expenditures vs actual expenditures.
Manage and review Tenancy Agreement
Provide service to manage, review and ensure
Tenancy Agreement.
Rental agreement has valid and comprehensive tenancy agreement terms.
Maintain central database for quarters
Coordinate, compile and maintain a central database from all BSO States for TNB quarters nationwide.
Advisory on quarters market rental rate or board rental’s charges
Provide advisory on market rental rate or board rental’s charges for quarters by providing Market Rental Report (MRR).
Establish quarters house rules
Provide service to establish quarters house rules for quarters residents.
Revise rental rate for quarters
Assist clients in revising rental rate for their quarters by proposing new rental rate through Market Rental Report.
Manage quarters by appointing third party Property Manager
Provide Asset Management of the quarters under third party property manager.
Digitise land data and information through a digital solution
Provide record keeping of land related matters in digital form.
