This technology is the future and has a lot of potentials. The recording feature alone is a new way of doing media. Instead of watching a video of a singer at a concert you can put on the headset and play a recording of a show and it will feel like they are really playing in your living room. This is also easy for the singer because they are not required to wear any equipment in order to make a recording just like they did with the little girl and dog. No pre-made models need has good color, things look like what they are supposed to with a lot of details and all the users have to do is just stand in front of the camera.

Another big thing about the Holoportation is the feeling when you use it. When you talk to someone that is located on the other side of the world, the 3D model and headgear makes it feel like they are in the room with them while they are being recorded too. You are also able to move 3D objects within the same space as well. This will be that you can do things together such as playing board games with friends or putting on plays.

This is can be a great way to have a meeting such as for school and for work. Some of the businesses have headquarters located all throughout the United States. Some are even global companies that are set up in every part of the country like Pepsi. Because of this CEO and higher-ups need to communicate and have a meeting to discuss their plans with the company. This technology with help with that in order to have face to face meetings with their peers and save money since they are not spending money on plane tickets and hotels. This can also have the potential of a way to replace online classes. Some classes require to be more physical and require the need to use physical objects such as repair, dental, art, and science, yoga and workout classes. They can use this tech to show their class how to use those objects or show off models to them. Since the other user is using a headset they can get as close to the instructor and model, pause, and get a closer look any time they want. Something that you couldn't do in a real classroom.

This can also be a way to keep memories of your past friends and family. This is more "realistic" than a photograph and a home video. Like I discussed before, it will feel more like you are really there with them. This has more susceptibility then any photo would and I believe that people will be more into it as keeping it a way to hold on to past memories.

The last big business that the Holoportation has is the adult entertainment industry, Users can pay to see live shows just like they would with a regular strip club. If they have to the headgear it would be just like a live show. This can put strip clubs out of business.

Lastly this can tech for resatuch such as the studying people with metal issues and how it has affect their body over time. The recording of this tech will allow them to make comparations a lot easier and better then it would have with a video recording. This can also be the same with animal resartch like studying their movement while they are alone. These types of resach is easily done because they are not require to wear anything when being recorded.
