1. What is the Imagine the Possibilities campaign?

   1. Our goal is $100,000 in five areas to enhance the New Library, including:

      1. an Expanded Book Collection

      2. Expanded Library of Things

      3. Water Table

      4. Technology

      5. Artwork

2. It is the Cedar Park Public Library Foundation’s efforts to raise funds to enhance the New Library and outfit the facility with innovative resources, technology, furniture, and more!

   1. Together, we will transform the New Library into a learning, creativity, and community connection hub.

3. Can I take a tour of the New Library construction site?

   1. Library tours are not open to the public. It is an active construction site.

   2. The Library Foundation has limited availability to tour the site with potential major donors. If you or someone you know is interested in a Naming Opportunity or being included on the Donor Wall, please email newlibrary@cedarparkbooks.org or director@cedarparkbooks.org to find out more.

   3. Gifts starting at $10,000 over three years qualify for this incredible opportunity.

4. How will I be recognized for my donation?

   1. Donors of $10,000 or more will receive recognition on the Donor Wall located immediately to the right when you walk through the New Library front entrance.

   2. Naming Opportunities are available for pledges of $30,000 or more, which provide a plaque beside your selected area and recognition on the Donor Wall.

   3. Donor names will be displayed for 20 years.

5. What about donors under $10,000?

   1. Donors under $10,000 will receive recognition on the wrap of the Water Table exhibit located underneath the covered patio in the enclosed Youth courtyard.

      1. Donations of any size must be received by June 1, 2024, to receive this recognition.

   2. Donor's First and Last Names will be listed on the wrap unless indicated by checking the “Give in honor or memory of someone” or placing your desired recognition in the “Leave a comment” box.

      1. Please note there is a limit of 50 characters.

6. What does the public phase of the campaign mean?

   1. The Foundation campaign committee is connecting with major donors to get us as close as possible to our $1.5 million goal.

   2. Every donor matters and every dollar makes a difference.

   3. We will have multiple kickoff events to inform the public about the campaign and how their support makes a difference in the New Library!

7. How can I communicate with donors about the available leadership gift opportunities?

Anyone can provide a leadership gift to the Library Foundation’s Imagine the Possibilities campaign to enhance the New Library.

7. 1. Leadership donation opportunities include:

      1. Donor Wall:

         1. $10,000+ pledge fulfilled by December 31, 2026.

         2. Company name on the Donor Wall for 20 years.

      2. Naming Opportunities:

         1. $30,000+ pledge fulfilled by December 31, 2026.

         2. Company name on a plaque beside your designated space (Example: Group Study Room) and the Donor Wall for 20 years.

      3. Matching Gift for Public Campaign:

         1. $12,500+ pledge fulfilled by December 31, 2026. 

         2. Company name on the Donor Wall for 20 years.

         3. During the public phase, community members can designate their donations towards a specific area of support.

         4. Our goal is $100,000 for each area, including an Expanded Book Collection, Expanded Library of Things, Water Table, Technology, and Artwork.

         5. Your company name will be actively highlighted in our public campaign communications on the website and social media as a matching donor. For example, "[Your Business Name] is matching the first $12,500 in donations for [X area of support]."

         6. Research shows that nonprofits secure more gifts with matching donors. Double a Donation = Increased Impact, encouraging and motivating people to give!
