Payments are due the date of services. We work with insurance companies, but also offer self-pay options. Go to the FAQ's page if curious of reasons people prefer self-pay.
We are now utilizing an EHR (Electronic Health Records System) which allows for you to pay your bills online, and/or enroll in autopay.
*If unable to pay the time of the session, a bill will be sent with interest of 10% charged for each month with no payment. If bill has not been paid and no contact has been made to set up a payment plan after three (3) months, this will be sent to collections.
Insurance: (Anthem, BCBS, Medical Mutual, Optum, Summacare, etc) - PLEASE check with your insurance company regarding coverage before scheduling appt. We do not accept Medicare plans but do offer a senior citizen rate.
