The use of quantum algorithms in artificial intelligence techniques will boost machines’ learning abilities. Quantum Algorithms are algorithms which run on a realistic model of quantum computation, the most commonly used model being the quantum circuit model of computation. This will lead to improvements in the development, among others, of predication systems, including those of the financial industry. However, we’ll have to wait to start these improvements before being rolled out. The ability to represent and handle so many states makes quantum computing extremely adequate for solving problems in a variety of fields. Machine learning is going to be a big aspect to Artificial Intelligence in how it will be able to learn new things without it being manually programmed into it. The A.I will be able to solve problems and be able to essentially think for itself, once the technology is perfected. In today's world, our Artificial Intelligence is in its infant stage due to the lack of self-awareness and limited data. These A.I’s just take what you say and then from key words, they look up possible solutions on the internet that are the most similar to what you asked. There are a lot of times it will say “Sorry, I didn’t understand that'' and it is very frustrating. But with true Artificial intelligence, it will be able to formulate its own response to your questions and then if it didn’t know something it would then learn from experience and then always be able to answer the same question again. It is possible that we will see A.I make huge advancements towards being fully aware and at some point, be able to advance past the human brain capacity. Currently Google has a Quantum Computer that it claims is 100 million times faster than any regular computer available today, which means it can solve highly advanced equations and problems in seconds to where our computers would take as much as 1000 years to solve. We will see A.I being more widely used in business, especially the financially sector more so than for consumers. It will be used to help make business decisions and be able to help predict markets, like IBM’s Watson does for the stock market.("How Quantum Computers...")
