Here are the bases of the new Tank Cleaning concept:

• modular and field-friendly design.

• transferring the recovered solids directly to the cutting skips.

• and recovering the solids without using chemicals for improved recyclability.

It started with a client presentation and a couple of conference calls.

The technical proposal was accepted and part of the project financing was available upfront. Mockups at 1:1 scale were fabricated and an industrial fabrication company finalizes the components.

Each component was individually framed.

Galvanized frames were fabricated for long-term reliable use.

If one of the electrical pumps fails it can be left behind for repairing while the Tank Cleaning Unit can still remain operational on the job site.

Fitted to purpose, simple and reliable were the main design criteria.

The unit is not only looking good but it does the job very well.

Customed designed accessories were fabricated in stainless steel for a long time, reliable everyday use.

The Tank Cleaning Unit is a compact 10 feet container, perfectly suitable for the limited offshore deck spaces.

The Tank Cleaning package is ready for the trip to the client.
