This project in Malaysia was my first start-up of vessel cleaning operations. The dedication of the local management and crew was an important part of the success. Many things were learned: logistics, maintenance, customized fabrications, reporting, surveys, and personnel training.
This technology was introduced in Malaysia in 2008 and lasted until late 2014 when the fall of the oil price affected the entire industry.
I am proud to be part of the introduction of this project in Malaysia. This place served as a training ground and as a launching base for many other operations around the world.
