Description

Automatic Tank Cleaning is about replacing the personnel inside of a confined space with washing machines using self-recycling wash water. The ATC is also more than capable of performing water treatment using either chemical or/and dissolved air flotation principle.

Working principle of the ATC module

The cleaning process is performed by the Tank Cleaning Machine (TCM) installed inside of the tanks using the energy of jets combined with the action of the washing chemicals. The washing media is transferred with a pump to the ATC unit where solids are separated and the washing media returned to the TCM. The system is a closed-loop generating a minimum amount of waste.

Working principle of the DAF module

The microbubbles in the liquid are generated by the multiphase flow pump and adhere to the suspended solids particles. The density difference between the bubble/solid bond and the liquid makes the pollutants float to the water's surface where are skimmed away.

Working principle of the chemical mixing module 

The system is similar to the air floatation principle but instead of floating on the water pollutants will precipitate.
